No.2 Michel Gros , Bourgogne / Hautes Cotes de Nuits 獨占園 Fountain Saint Martin 

No.3 Meo-Camuzet ，Bourgogne / Hautes Cotes de Nuits 酒神傳人

No.4 Fourrier Bourgogne / Gevrey-Chambertin 

這4間勃根地紅酒名莊因法規之故，產出的白酒僅能標註Bourgogne,而且產量稀少。有幸好友邀約，始能一探究竟是否浪得虛名！

除了第一隻不確定外，後三隻皆有陳年實力！

勃根地白酒讓我對白酒徹底改觀。其結構和層次的深度，香氣的複雜和多變，絕不亞於紅酒。
